Journey's End PPJs 06 (Week 8)

This week was not the best. I did a pretty large rewrite of the scene. There was a disagreement about implementing it, but we resolved it later in the week. Outside of that I worked on VFX for the updated story. I also implemented the character animations. Im hoping the issues we have now will be worked out in the final week because we are so close to putting it all together.


Tasks (grouped by session):

  • A lot of time writing

  • A lot of time implementing and workshopping script

  • A lot of time working in unity on implementation

Completed Tasks:

  • Group Meeting to discuss tasks for the week (1 hour)

  • Writer's Meeting to discuss and edit the new script (2 hour)

  • Designed low poly lead textures to be implemented (45 minutes)

  • Follow up discussion about script decisions that we not fully covered in the meeting (1 hour)

Art and Team Meeting

This week I worked on creating the menu screen and pause screen, and other in-game assets. I also made adjustments to previous work and updated some designs.
