Art and Team Meeting

This week I worked on researching for future aspects of the game. Due to the first build initially being due this week, final art assets did not need to be included as it didn't affect the game's playthrough. Instead, I spent majority of my time researching youtube tutorials and thinking about designs to discuss at our next meeting. I began looking at customizing the mouse design for our game including everything that has to do with coding it so I can understand how to design it for best implementation. In the slideshow presentation, I included some designs and I really enjoyed the flower with the triangle or the low poly traditional mouse design. I think both will look very good and be distinct from the background. I also made a mock-up of the text choices. I liked the Century Gothic text…

Post 4:

This week was a bit slower than I had hoped. We had planned to do a push before we play tested, but there was a drop in communication over the week and it never got done. We made some forward progress in the modeling, writing and sound areas, but otherwise not too much got done.

  • Organized general meeting and planned for the push/weeks work. 1.5hrs

  • Attended writers meeting. Assisted with read-throughs and editing 1.5hrs
